Before Ordering
Please be sure that you are ordering a wrap for the correct scooter. A wrap for one model will not fit another, even if they look similar. Double-check your scooter model, or email us at hi@scootywraps.com and ask us to verify whether you are ordering the correct wrap for your scooter.
Our goal is to make every customer happy and create a community of Scooty Wrap brand ambassadors. If for any reason we've let you down, please don't hesitate to contact us with your order number, and we'll work together to resolve any issues.
We Guarantee You'll Do a Good Job
At Scooty Wraps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We know that applying the wrap can be a bit of a project, but we're confident you'll do a great job. In fact, we're so positive that we'll even offer a refund if you're not completely happy with the end result of your application. Just reach out to us at hi@scootywraps.com, and we'll be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns.
30-Day Return Policy
Additionally we offer a 30-day return policy if for any reason you are not completely happy with your recent Scooty Wrap purchase and have changed your mind about your order. We will issue a refund as long as the wrap is unused and in its original packaging.
Mail your Scooty Wrap back to the return address on the package, and once we have inspected the package we will issue a refund if the Scooty Wrap hasn't been used.
The Wrap Doesn't Fit My Scooter
You have purchased a wrap for the incorrect scooter model. A return will not be accepted if you have tried to apply a wrap to the incorrect scooter. A return must be unused and in original condition and mailed to the return address before a return will be issued. Double check your scooter model, ask hi@scootywraps.com if you are unsure. A used Scooty Wrap on an incorrect scooter model will not be an accepted return.
If you have realized this before applying the scooter wrap, mail the wrap to the return address to be eligible for a refund.
Again, a used wrap will not be accepted. Double check before ordering, and again before applying please!
My Wrap Has Become Damaged
A wrap is like a paint job on a car, and it should be expected that over time you may pick up a few scratches or dings. Replacement pieces can be ordered in a minimum half wrap size. Email hi@scootywraps.com your order # and which pieces you'd like to order to be replaced. We do however recommend purchasing a new wrap entirely though so that the colors all match in case any colors have faded over time.
