Refund Policy - Scooty Wraps

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you have removed your Scooty Wrap from the packaging and applied any part of the wrap to your scooter, you would not be eligible for return since that Scooty Wrap will no longer be able to be used in any way.



Verify Your Scooter Model Before Ordering

When ordering, DOUBLE, or even TRIPLE check that you are ordering a Scooty Wrap for your correct electric scooter model. If you are unsure of your scooter model, email hi@scootywraps.com and ask us to verify whether or not you are ordering the correct wrap for your scooter.

Example 1:

A Wrap for a Segway Ninebot Max G30 will NOT fit a Segway Ninebot Max G30LP. Although many scooters look similar, they often very in many ways in size therefore a wrap for one model will not fit another. 

Example 2:

A wrap for a Xiaomi M365 will not fit all of the other look alike scooters on the market. Although they again look very similar, very very small differences exist between each one. 


Damaged Scooty Wrap?

Scooty Wraps will not replace damaged pieces of a wrap for free. A wrap is like a paint job on a car and it should be expected that over time you will pick up a few scratches here and there. 

Scooty Wraps will not replace pieces of a wrap for free if you are not happy with the application. If you are unhappy with the application try removing the piece and apply again, you can do this many times. If the wrap has been applied for a while, you can heat the wrap up with a blow dryer to make it easier to remove. Heating the wrap up also make it easier to eliminate any creases or bubbles you may have. Applying the wrap is not difficult however it definitely is a project and requires a bit of patience!
